Apple Will Sale 200 Million iPhone Next Year

A new survey by AlphaWise, shows the demand for the iPad and iPhone will be higher than expected. The company is likely to sell nearly 200 million units of smartphones in 2012.

Menururt analysis of the survey of Fortune Tech, iPhone sales of all products including iPhone 3G and iPhone 4S will likely be 20 to 30 percent higher than previous estimates for the quarter. The figure shows that the demand increases beyond previous expectations on the device.

IT Pro Portal Launched on Saturday (12/17/2011), the claim that this increase will be in Q1 2012. While sales of iPad with a high price is considered not to be affected by the release tablets Kindle Fire, as assumed previously.

If the survey results were proven true, then Apple could sell 54 million iPhones in the next quarter and nearly 200 million during the year.

Samsung Will Launch Their iTunes

Samsung and Apple's competition increasingly fierce, not only from the patent battle involving the two. Now, Samsung plans to increase competition with iTunes and provides content directly to customers who buy a TV, its smartphones and tablets.

Samsung reveals its intention in a press release on Wednesday, and announced that the company has hired Devid Eun, as Executive Vice President. Eun previously worked at Google, where he join with projects like Google Books, YouTube and Google Maps.

Samsung said, Eun will play a key role in developing global strategies and encourage new business opportunities to profit from the growth of digital television, screens, mobile phones, tablets and other related devices from Samsung.
 

"Samsung Electronics has an unparalleled footprint across multiple devices and platforms that provide a unique experience for consumers worldwide," said Devid Eun, as reported by Apple Insider, Friday (12/16/2011).

"The competition to become more 'prominent' has begun. I can not wait to join the impressive leadership and establish a new presence in the media for Samsung Electronics," said Eun.

As noted by Kara Swisher of All Things D, Samsung launched the effort earlier smaller content, but by hiring Eun is an indication that the company plans to expand its offerings. Samsung steps it will face competition with Apple, which dominates in the business of online content and Google as a newcomer in the market.

Samsung's interest in expanding the availability of content also comes from Amazon, which ecara traditionally been the providers of content, compete in the hardware market with a new color from the touch screen tablet.
